Brazil World Cup 2014

Brazil is hotting up for 2014. Already an intoxicating proposition due to its world-famous parties at New Year’s Eve and its epic celebrations at Carnival, the country is besotted with football (aka soccer) and can play the beautiful game almost as well as the Brits (see footy footnote below).

In 2014 they are hosting the FIFA World Cup, (this before the Olympics in 2016) and in conjunction with our partners in Brazil we can offer some great proposals for a stay in Rio de Janeiro (and indeed other cities). Looking online, it appears that the best hotels may have already sold out. However, thanks to some fancy pre-booking footwork, we can still get our hands on rooms at the two best hotels in Rio— Copacabana Palace and the Fasano Rio. Plus, there are some marvellous villa options in the city (and outside the city in glorious remote coastal places like Angra dos Reis).

The hotel packages are for a minimum of 1 week and come with VIP tickets to two matches in Rio. Dates are June 12-19 or June 20-27. The villa stays are for a minimum of 2 weeks. The dates for these are between: June 11-27 or June 27- July 14. There are all different kinds of packages, deluxe, VIP etc, so get in touch for more information.

In case you were wondering, Anton is British. Staunchly and proudly so. But after Britannia he counts Brazil as a second love. Pass him an email if you’d like some help scoring a world-class World Cup trip.
